FVOP offers short- and long-term insurance for the employee, as well as life insurance policies for you, your spouse, and your children.
FVOP offers a 401k Traditional Plan and a 401k Roth Plans. We also provide matching contributions on your behalf into our Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) effective the month after you start.
PAID TIME OFF (PTO)
FVOP offers PTO time that starts accruing from day one of employment. You may use this time as you see fit.
FVOP is an employee-owned company. In addition to the company ESOP, team members may apply for direct stock ownership starting after a year of employment.
EDUCATIONAL REIMBURSEMENT ASSISTANCE
FVOP provides educational assistance to eligible employees who have completed six continuous months of service. F&V recognizes that the skills and knowledge of its employees are critical to the success of the organization.
FVOP strongly believes in continual professional development. We offer a tuition reimbursement program, pay for certain professional memberships, reimburse meals during attendance at professional society meetings, and encourage staff to obtain certifications and professional registrations. Our in-house training includes regular seminars from both internal and external sources.
MATERNITY AND PATERNITY LEAVE
FVOP has maternity and paternity leave for the birth of a child of adoption of a child.
